We Ask First.

We ask before taking and saving your photo. Saying yes to a private digital copy is not saying yes to the public gallery. I would love to show the world the real people along The Road, but your photo belongs in that public diary only when you have separately agreed to sharing it.

RTS uses the QR link supplied with your print, its RTS number and email verification to deliver your digital photo. There is no audience account, payment or music subscription required.

What We Keep

Just enough to keep your moment safe and get it back to you. Your email helps us send a ready-to-download link, so you can come back here and watch your Polaroid develop.

The photo request holds an encrypted email address, your numbered print, verification and delivery status. Your private photograph is served only after verification. Staff can see the records needed for their work.

One Yes Is Never Every Yes.

Taking your photograph does not give permission to publish it. Music updates require their own explicit choice and email confirmation. You can withdraw those updates without losing your photo.

Email, THE VAULT And Payments

We use your email to verify a requested photo, private listening access or staff sign-in. Access links expire and work only for their stated purpose. You can browse the public site without giving us your email; we cannot provide verified private access without it.

Music and show emails are optional. Choosing them is separate from accessing a photo or THE VAULT. Confirmation emails explain the request, and update emails include a way to withdraw. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before it or access you already have.

Stripe handles payment details in its hosted checkout. RTS keeps payment references, amounts and status for reconciliation and support; it does not receive your full card number. Support messages and their contact details are kept so we can respond and resolve the request.

Why We Use This Information

Photographing you, publishing an agreed photograph and sending optional music updates depend on your separate choices and consent. We rely on legitimate interests to deliver private access you request, answer support enquiries and protect the service from misuse. Payment records are used to fulfil transactions and meet applicable record-keeping obligations.

The Services That Help Deliver It

Vercel hosts the website, Supabase provides database, private storage and authentication, Resend delivers email, and Stripe processes payments. These providers receive the information needed for those services and may process some information outside the UK. Contact us for details of processing locations and applicable international-transfer safeguards. Private photographs and email addresses are not a public directory.

Opening music on Untitled, Spotify or another external service makes that service's own privacy terms apply. Required browser cookies remember verified access. Site statistics record daily page and action totals, not a named browsing history or an advertising profile. Hosting providers also process technical request information for operation and security. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects using automated profiling.

How Long Your Moment Stays Here

Email access links last 24 hours; a verified browser session lasts up to 7 days. Approved photos currently remain available for 90 days. Save your download before the date shown on your photo page.

Subscription details stay while you want updates; a minimal withdrawal or suppression record helps us respect a stop request. Access and support records are retained only as needed to provide the service, resolve requests, prevent misuse and meet applicable obligations. Tell us if you want those records reviewed or erased. Financial records may need to remain where record-keeping duties apply.

Your Rights

You can ask to see or correct your information, request erasure or restriction, and request portability where it applies. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent to optional emails or publication. We may need to verify your identity before acting so somebody else cannot access or delete your data.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Contacting us first can help resolve the issue, but is not a condition of exercising that right.
